Pick color based on your crop requirements.

• Black heats soil most quickly and can run hot for delicate young plants.
• White/Black: An ultra reflective top white/grayish layer actually decreases the soil temperature to promote growth for heat
  sensitive crops or warm climates, and provides additional light reflection to the underside of foliage.The black
  (bottom) layer stops weed growth.
• Silver: Reflective metalized color on top deters insects and decreases the soil temperature, more than
  white on black. The black (bottom) layer stops weed growth. The heat trap is an 8-inch wide black
  strip in the center of the plastic, which keeps heat reduction to a minimum.

• Pick the longest length you can use to save money and packaging waste.
• Mats can be cut to length with knife or scissors.

• Choose No Drip Line products if you want to use your own watering system.
• Single drip lines are good for larger fruiting crops that are planted near the center of the bed.
• Dual Drip lines are most popular as they provide more even water distribution throughout the bed and can water smaller plants more easily.
